Yachting 2000 is a certified IYT partner and a licensed training school offering training courses at our base in Marina Mandalina, Croatia. Our courses take place directly on board our own yachts to give you hands-on experience in real conditions.
The IYT Worldwide Bareboat Skipper Sail course qualifies you to skipper sailing yachts up to 24 metres in length for leisure purposes. After successful completion, you will be able to navigate and steer a sailing yacht within 20 nautical miles of the coast in good weather – ideal for coastal cruising. This internationally recognised certificate meets the legal requirements for chartering yachts in over 40 countries worldwide.
Our next training will take place from April 12th to 26th on board the Sun Odyssey 49i „Skazka” – a comfortable, well-equipped yacht that is equally suitable for beginners and experienced sailors. Within 14 days you will gain comprehensive knowledge and the necessary confidence to sail a yacht independently.
Alternatively, we also offer individual courses with flexible dates.
